hi okay so one morning I logged into mv and went on infection only to find out that my levels were reset. i had 102 at that time and now i have 0 meaning rct.

after hours of searching through my mac trying to find screenshots of any kind to prove I had 102 levels or the red rank next to my name, I ended up finding none.

so if anyone else every took a screenshot or made a video when I had said something in the chat and my infection rank was visible, please let me know asap so I can get my levels back.
