A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: he scammed me , he was need to bought me an premium rank , i paid him 6T then he said me to wait 14 mins , then he go offline for 12 DAYS!! and after it he came to the server then i said him "hey what going on with my rank" and he said me "who are you?"
