Scamming a pickaxe -if that really happened-, isn't the extreme rule breaking, your buddy bradg14 has more severe offenses yet he is still allowed on the server. If the staff doesn't comply with the rules, the users that agreed to those rules are not obligated to comply either and charges can be pressed for violation of contract regardless of previous agreements. If you are under the impression that the owners can do whatever they like and that the rest of the people just have to deal with it, apparently you are ignorant of many and common international laws.
