As stated above, Try making it more themed to the map. And, when building with only one type of block (quarts) try adding a accent block that will stand out and add more character, like Stone brick.
Neutral, it's better than the current one imo, but it doesn't suit the tropical type of themed map we have. Blocks like wood, or natural/earthy clay blocks would be good.
ACDC you legend. No support, sorry. You're spawn is lacking detail and I prefer the current spawn over the one that you are suggesting.
