I think Archer pvp should have one more command that is open to all players. /baltop: to check which players have the most money. I realize this is only on some servers, but I think it would be nice to have it here The /baltop command would make it (I think) more competitive. Right now there is nothing to compete for or to achieve. Another think that could happen instead of this command would be to have a leader-board for most kills, highest kill streak, Hit per shot ratio, etc.

I don't really see the point in having a /baltop as it doesn't really change the game dramatically. But, what you said about having a leaderboard for who has the most kills...That would be a very good addition to the server. Highest kill streak would also be a cool thing to have.
