Anyone else having issues with this?

I been trying to change my avatar/pfp (profile picture) on here and its glitching badly. I tried using different images one from imgur and even screenshots. Its saying "no file chosen" and now Im left without a pfp. Idk if this is a glitch or what. Help. Please tell me its not just me..

 

You have to upload the picture to the forums straight from your computer.

 

I am though its not working.

 

Post a video/image of you trying to do it with the exact steps and error messages

Also, browser version and plugins
