Hello. I recieved a warning due to cussing on my profile page. It is private, thus I figured it'd be fine. Alas, I was apparently in the wrong. However, I'd like to ask; if it's only people I follow who see my profile page, would using cuss words not warrant a warning? Thanks.
Yes, people that you follow and private your profile page. However, staff members can see what you say.
Doesn't matter. They can still see it and is against the rules. Not cussing is a simple thing to do. Expand your vocabulary possibly. ....
On skyblock forums I have never seen anyone get infractions for cursing on their own profiles (aside from statuses) ... Yeah, I know this isn't skyblock yet still.
You don't "see" when people get infractions. And on skyblock, they're automatically censored. It clearly says in the rules not to swear.
There for a reason, it's not there just so it's there. Only reason I see for it not to be allowed would be so younger people not to be exposed to it, which in this case, they cannot. It's ignorant to say that I need to expand my vocabulary, as it's not the case. I do it as a joke when speaking to friends in places that are not public. I assure you, I have a good enough vocabulary, it's just as a joke. Anyway, thanks for the answers. This may be closed.
