I don't think this is essentially necessary. I've never heard of this implementation on a server before. A moderator should be able to deem whether evidence is faked or not; if they can't they shouldn't be a moderator. With your reference to checking logs, I don't think that is done anyway and wouldn't be done even if this was implemented. Not to mention the fact of a timestamp looking grotesque and out of place on a scoreboard.
Openly admitting to breaking the rules..? O_o Additionally, if this is true (I doubt it is) I'm intrigued to know who issued the bans.

support, i’ve seen people perm banned because of the things they say in chat that would be up to a year old in a mass report.
