Greetings, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback for your application. I believe that for your age, you have done a very good overall job in establishing the basics for your application. That being said, I would encourage you to copy your application over to a program such as Microsoft Word and doing a spell/grammar check on it. You unfortunately have a number of mispelled words and minor mistakes such as "i" instead of "I". These unfortunately can detract from the professionalism of the document. You should also take some time to expand significantly on some of the various sections such as "Why do you think you would be a good moderator." Tell us about some traits or situations you have faced throughout life that would help prove to us you are ready for this type of responsibility. You may also wish to expand some more on your past experiences as a moderator. Perhaps give us an example of a difficult situation you found yourself in as a moderator and what you did to resolve it. This could be evidence for a ban, having to deal with a friend breaking the rules, etc. Just help us understand some of the hardships you have faced in the past as a staff member and how you overcame.
