Hello fellow companions, I'm not sure if you're seeing this too but as usual new players are joining each day and players at higher economical value are either using hacks, hating or ignoring them " mods mods " they beg, I do /staff to help the vulnerable player, but tell me mods where are you I see about 1 mod a week coming onto the Survival Server, the new players wont have fourms so what do they do they quit. This just shouldn't be acceptable Noobcrew,Cyp you need to up the aunty ! I also see players getting away with multiple offenses, This is no coincidence, this is why the server is plummeting, at least one mod should be occupying a server once per hour. Otherwise don't have them at all, Owners just create a timetable of shifts to mods so the players can play safe and splendid.
Mods arn't paid, (At least not that I know of) they do this as volunteers you can't make them do "shifts" you can get more and install a better anticheat. Some of the other stuff I agree with though
No moderators are not payed, it is volunteered. The Staff Team gets on when they can and do get rid of hackers. I do agree with you that sometimes there are no moderators on at the time that you need, but you can always make a report recording or screenshooting the player breaking the rules and make sure they do not do it again. Also you can’t really do shifts because not everyone can get on, on there “assigned time”.
Yes, they are volunteers, but they are also the ones who signed up for the job being expected to do their job. Yes, they cannot always be on, but for some of them, it seems no effort is put into being on at all. Even if we make recordings of a rule breakers (hackers on kitpvp2), they will always come back on unlimited alts the next minute. This puts all of our work recording and reporting to the dust. I understand that the moderators have nothing they can do about this except ban the players they can, but as I said, some of them put no effort into doing this. Think about it this way, what if you volunteered to work in a soup kitchen for all of next week, then you don't show up every single day? This puts the hungry (community) into starving and pain, the other volunteers (staff) have extra work to do, and then you expect not be called out on it? Many of the staff applicants who have been accepted promised to be active, but I rarely see staff on anymore. I'm not trying to hurt inactive staff with this reply (well, if they're inactive, they probably won't read this), but I feel like even as volunteers, we expect them to do their job.
lel "shifts" mods get minimum wage (if they even get money) so they wouldn't waste their time. For example a footy match starts and the mod's family tells him to come watch the football. He says he can't because of a "shift"
