If anybody I listed has access to the server's logs, please provide it for the Moderators, so they can resolve more problems, when somebody doesn't have condition to film or press F2 while playing something.
Also, check if your Moderators know tools on the forum were created to be used, and they don't have to care about if somebody doesn't agree with what they say.

 

The only people who have access to the server logs are @Noobcrew & @CypriotMerks
They are extremely busy attending to other issues on the server, and don't have the time to look through tons of logs. They don't want Moderators to have access to that, as it can be easily abused. Also, it's not that hard to hit F2 while playing.

I'm not sure I understand this part 100%. All the staff know how to use the forum tools, if that is what you meant...

And about the other part, it's just because one of the Moderators think it isn't mature to disagree with somethings.
Those two should ask somebody they trust to help, nobody can do everything alone
And I'm really practicing to press F2 while shooting an arrow, it may be hard to hit and press, but I think it's possible.

If you rate someone negatively more than 3 times in succession, it is considered rate abusing, and you could be temp banned from the forums for a few days because of it. He was only doing his job.
They haven't found someone that they feel they can trust yet. Although I agree with you.
If you don't have a screen recorder, I recommend Bandicam. It's free, and I have yet to experience lag with it.
