Prison Adding item frames back to chests

I noticed that item frames are no longer placeable on chests. I know a couple of people that did get to place item frames on their chests the first day they claimed their plots. I do not know why item frames were removed but I hope they can be added to chests soon.
Reasons:

• Know what people are selling.
• Looks pretty on plots and makes your plot look nice.

They are disabled because you're able to place heads in them.

 

They should just disable heads then. Item frames are a big thing man.

Heads are disabled to be placed. You're still able to get them though that's why it's disabled.
