Prison Adding /fix on Prison

Adding /fix​

So as many of you know /fix was added when prison was reset but it was soon taken away by cyp as he forgot to remove it due to the eula policy. I suggest we add a command in game that allows you to fix items for a certain price or just have a sign were you may fix your items.
