Support for speed II, no support for strength 1/2. Reason being, we didn't really have many good pvpers when strength was out, imo, and now if someone such as @ChiChay used strength, they be dead pretty quickly.. EDIT: Plus there's a ton of hackers now, a lot more than before, and if they got their hands on strength, it would be even more chaotic.
