My Minecraft account was hacked and stolen. I tried to re-set the password, but the email was also changed on my account so I can't access my account anymore. I was a Titan rank and my IGN was XxCollinxX13. I ended up buying a new Minecraft account, but would like to get my money back for the Titan rank so I can purchase it on my new Minecraft account. My new IGN is _Collin13_. Any help I can get would be great. Thank you!!
Collin, Go to your email and look for the first email you got from mojang (when you bought your account) and there should be a transaction code sent to you.. Sent that to mojang to recover your account fully
Yes, if you haven't got your Titan Rank back Contact [email protected] If you want it back you can contact Mojang on an email and get them to change it you will need to provide all you can remember last as in Last Password you can remember Email Linked to it Secirety Questions if brought by a Minecraft Voucher and still got the code send the code. Just do all of them if possible and you might be able to get it back and just hope they haven't stolen any of your stuff in Mineverse.com otherwise you might of just been getting it rong anything could of happend just contact them.

Log out of anything that you're logged into (websites, game launcher), then if you were able to change the password, try to log in again. If you have an old Minecraft account that logs in with a username instead of an email, after a password reset, you shouldmigrate to the newer Mojang account format. If you're not getting password reset emails with in a few minutes, or you're sure that your account was compromised, contact customer support, providing your transaction ID or gift code.
Guys mineverse cant do anything about your acc getting stolen. Its up to you to make sure nothing happens to your account. 1 thing you could do is think of anyone you might have given your password too and talk to them. 2 thing is try and think if you putting you password in wrong. 3. NEVER GIVE YOUR INFO OUT TO ANYONE. Im pretty sure they wont give your new account titan for the simple reason. how do they know if your being 100% honest. You could be saying you lost your account cause you didnt like the name made a new one but dont want to rebuy titan. So good luck anyways but its most likely not happening
