Hi! My IGN is ajbt7_, and I recently rejoined your nether version of skyblock after a few months. I went to my island, and I noticed there was a problem. I could not open any of my chests. This was because I had an account change from the name ajbt7 to ajbt7_. This has made it so I can no longer access anything I had marked with signs that lock them. It would be great if you could help.

For this problem You would have to contact a admin in game to go on hell block and for him/her to break the sign, since you have recently changed you minecraft username.

 

Personal I wouldn't Agree with @DrkfirebirdJr because the Support Email does take a while to respond but it is up to you on that.

 

I'd recommend doing what was listed above or changing your name back.

not usernames

 

Head mods do not have the necessary permissions to remove signs there. You have no choice but to email support.
