Hello Dylan, Cyp is the only one who can help you out with this issue. You will just have to be patient and wait for your email to be handled. I understand you have waited a long time but so have many others. Continuously posting unneeded posts that will not help you out on this thread will not speed up the process and it can, if continued, result in a mute which will strip you access to reply to threads. Please just be patient.

 

I am in no way yelling at you, I am just informing you that pointless posts will not help. Please just be patient, this will get sorted out soon.
