I honestly REALLY support this.
As many people know, I love Archer PvP. This game is my baby and I love it to death.
As a player who uses maxed bows, maxed PP4 armor, and is also a Moderator I am a target for players using these Freezing arrows.

These arrows are honestly my biggest nightmare when I'm in PVP.
You don't understand how bad it is, when someone starts freezing me I immediately start panicking, and I have no choice but to run my heart out using my /heal, gapples, and healing potions. It's really an unfair item, I see people getting 6v2ed with freeze arrows and you really cannot do anything.

So again, support. I love Archer, and I would really like seeing this game growing without these Freezing arrows.
