When you look into the reports banned section of forums. You will see that this is not true and that all of the bans in that list or at least 99% of them are fair bans.
Support if this is possible to add. If it isn't and you are unsure whether something is okay to do/say or not, don't do/say it. Usually, people know what they have done wrong but if you're still unsure, message the Moderator when you are unbanned to clarify the reason.
Not on forums though, they have to separately PM you and tell you what rule you broke or they will say what rule you broke on the ban appeal you make, that is if you do make one. Support
