I am pretty sure we already have this plugin, but '/relore' and '/rename' are blocked from non-operator people. Sorry, but I do not support.
no support we have a color chat plugin that works fine. Doesn't that 9minecraft.net isn't that usually a virus site? I've heard of people getting virus just trying to get things from that site.
