There is No Need for a Thread like this. Cyp chooses the Mods. you be Patient and Find out Who they Will be. You do not choose who gets to be Moderator, No one does, But Cyp. Like you were ever 'Experienced, Professional'. No Support.
I disagree with the people you chose, although I do agree we need moderators that are more handy, and do more on the server. They don't have to be experienced, as long as the other mods teach them, and the mod gets the job done.
Honestly making these types of thread recommending people to become moderator hurts their chances. No support sadly trying to recommend people is not needed just leave it up to cyp.
It's Cyp's chose, not the players. If he chooses us, so be it. We'll prove ourselves and if we don't he will demote us.
Professional, yes, there's a lack of that which should be fixed, but experience shouldn't even be a struggle, there are first times for everything.
