Are you crazy? I don't know about you, but the moderators have lives. No one could devote 17 hours to a game with a life, no offence or anything. I would like to see you even try to do 17 hours a day like you say you can

 

As what the others said, we are normal people. We have a life and do put our all into moderating the server. I have school and final exams and all that awesome school stuff.
Most of the mods are in different time zones so the time we're all on is just fine. When Cypriot thinks that it is a good idea to promote more mods he will.

Easier said than done, trust me.
