Hi,
I'm Wolf64 for those of you who don't know me, and some of you who do know me also know that my IGN and my Forums name are very different. A forums name Wolf64 and an IGN crazyrobotgirl? Nu-Uh. They do NOT match. I really want to have both my Forums name and my username shown in Mineverse though, but because my username is too long to do Wolf64//crazyrobotgirl, I have to choose 1 or the other.
So, to solve this problem for myself and any other people in the same situation, I thought it would be cool if we all got 2 Forum names. For example, above your status (Active Member, Guest, Staff member ECT,) and under your name, there should be a second name which is your username. I think that we should also be able to link our characters to our forums account, in a similar way to enjin,

Like on MP forums, you just get your character model and your ign... I don't know if having two names would work out.

I don't see why you couldn't just change to one name.

 

I'm not sure how they could exactly incorporate this into the Forums, but sounds like a cool idea.

Although, an easy solution to this is to simply have the same/similar forums and IGN name.

Just my thoughts :P

 

I guess so... But having 2 names would allow people like me with long usernames to be able to choose both, so people can recognize them for their forums name AND their IGN.

 

Another solution actually would be to post your IGN in your signature? Or under your information of your forums profile?
