I just enjoy relieving those tense situations in order to stop future incidents to happen, for example, if someone is angry at someone else... They would try and get revenge. We all know that revenge is harmful on both parties, so what I do is I talk to both people attempting to relieve the incident thus stopping future events that could pose harmful.
