You might’ve been a good discord and chat mod, but you were terrible at doing the rest (and I argue, the majority) of the job. You did very poorly at getting bans and keeping up with your ban log. - You’re the one that always says that “you were already moderator so give someone else a chance”, and now I say that to you. Other people definitely deserve this position more than you do. - Demoted for rule breaking. - Caused issues within the staff team. All around, you were a pain in the butt to work with on the staff team. No support.
Hilarious because I know many upper staff that would say the opposite. Didn’t you only work on the team with me within the first year I was moderator? You know absolutely nothing past that. I was arguably one of the most active mods on the team. I was on every day, moderating the Discord. I was social media team leader, a huge part of the competition team (writing the threads every month, even writing them for others.), and lastly, I always spoke for what I believed in in the staff chats. My opinion and job as a moderator was ALWAYS out there. Definitely not that anymore, sorry I was when you were applying. I’m supporting RandomNinja right now, a moderator who was on the team when I was and then ended up resigning. Obviously my opinions on that have changed drastically. Don’t take a quote I said awhile ago and then back it up with only yourself. Almost two years ago, irrelevant to this application because the staff team knows I would never do what I did again. Once again, you know nothing about this. I’ve worked out any “issues” I had with the staff members months ago. You were mod with me when I was 13. Congratulations, you are now the most valuable person on the staff team. If you wanted to apply just to be a DJ on the discord, you didn’t have to take the extra step of going for the mod rank. You can always just ask the higher ups ;) Anyone was allowed to be on the competition team; you just had to ask to be on it. What you did wasn’t impressive in the slightest. You did speak you believed in the staff chat, and your opinions (better said, the way you spoke your opinions) oftentimes caused issues. Anyways, wanna back up your statement? With your permission, I’d like to ask a mod to pull up your old ban log to see your work because if you were half as good as you’re making yourself out to be, you’d be proud to show your many many many bans, right? Pretty sure the 9 other no supports back me up lol. Don’t ignore my opinion as if it’s a clear minority because it isn’t, and I’m speaking from a perspective similar to several others who no supported you. I, alongside several other previous and active staff members I have spoken to, definitely still have issues with you. I’m not talking about any big dramas you might’ve caused near your demotion or something stupid like that either. You just caused commotion that had to be fixed from higher ups and would just generally be negative to several staff members. I don’t want that back, and I’m not even on the team anymore lol. Pretty sure you getting fired from the position you are now applying for isn’t irrelevant; are you a dunce? And, after viewing the replies, it seems that a lot of the staff team still believes that you’d stoop that low again. Obviously I don’t know how you are a “moderator on the staff team now” because you aren’t one, and it should be kept that way.

You're a great person and you definitely have the experience, but respectfully, I don't think you're ready for Moderator just yet. You've shown immaturity both on discord and on the application, some of them showing that you aren't serious enough for this role, one of the examples being 14 hours ago. You could've easily handled the argument in private messages, however, you didn't. Another thing is I barely see any activity from you on the forums or in-game, however it could just be timezones, so i'll let that one go since you seem active on Discord. I'll have to go with a no support for now, i'm sorry.
