Introduction I want to thank all you for taking the time to read my moderator application. I know I've had a spotty past, but I'm hoping to put that behind me and enjoy playing some Mineverse How old are you?: 13 Your in-game name: Kyruto What timezone are you in?: EST What country do you live in? United States of America What languages do you speak?: Only English. I might learn Spanish in a couple of years. Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No Working on it as we speak. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) Yep. I have my own Youtube channel, recording software, can take sceenshots, etc. Why do you think you should become a mod?: I think I was born to be a moderator. Yes, I know, my tenure back in 2014 wasn't really that good, for all of 3 days. But, like all sports players, and people in general, I needed to time to settle in. Instead, I jumped right in and that's what cost me the job. If I am accepted again, I will try and settle in and watch how other moderators act and not let people get on my nerves. It's been a year and a half since I was mod, and that means I have matured a year and a half. While yes, I know, I have struggled to be active, I can be active, I've just forgotten about this server sometimes, but now I'm steadily rebuilding my activity on the server. I can play anywhere from 2-4 hours a day, which I consider one of my positives. I also work well in teams. I consider a group of moderators a team. I'm also a strong leader with many leadership qualities. I can be like the quarterback of the moderator team, or in simple terms, not be a leader, but act like a leader. You don't need a leader title to be a leader within your group. I also have noticed we need some experienced moderators. I think I am one of the most qualified people to be staff. I've been staff on many, many servers including here. I think I could be like the elder of the team and also be the young, energetic guy who keeps the team going. I love helping people. I don't spam chat if anyone needs help. I'm happy to answer it. Basically I just don't "look for help". Helping is contagious. If you help someone, they'll help someone. Helping makes everyone happy. I'm usually checking the forums whenever I get a chance, and always posting. I'm also in-game a decent bit, most of the time on Kit PvP and occasionally Skyblock or Skygrid. I also have MineChat/Hyperchat on two of my devices, so I can always pop on if I need to or just to moderate chat. I also am on when sometimes no other mods are on, so this helps covers a void when moderators aren't on. I also feel I am very mature. There are a couple of times when I am just purely goofy, but I'm always available to ban, mute, or jail, unless I'm AFK. I take my job seriously, and I undertsand it is a big privilege and a big responsibility to be a moderator. I feel I am very kind and I often try to be generous or welcoming to all players who join, new or old, donor or non-donor, moderator or not moderator, and experienced or non-experienced. I feel when you are kind to someone, they are often times kind back. And we all want people to be kind to us. I am very strict, and not afraid to ban someone if needed. I also know the moderator commands pretty well, which should help. I also don't hesitate or wait to punish to someone, to be a moderator, you need to be to the point and take care of the situation as fast as you can. I feel being funny is important to being a moderator. Why? Well people are often somewhat "scared" or "afraid" of moderators. This way if you are funny, they know that you aren't scary, but you still shouldn't be messed with. Funny is also being nice, as long as they joke is not mean or hurtful to other players. So what is my main reasons you might ask? Cleaning up the server of all hackers, bullies, and swearers. I feel a lot of stuff goes by without a report going through, and I want to change that. I just want to help the community in anyway I can, and I feel being a moderator would be a great way of showing my support to help stop some of the ruckus going on the server every second, every millisecond. I also apologize about this being a short application, but I felt I said all I can say. I hope to make Mineverse an even better server than it is now. I understand if you don't support this because my activity fluctuates, but I can be active with the right encouragement my own willingness. How long can you be active on the server everyday?: 2 hours a day. More or less on some days, of course. How long have you been playing Mineverse?: A year and a half. Have you ever been banned in the past? I was banned on SkyWars because Cyp needed to remove my perms after I was demoted from moderator, otherwise, not at all. Do you have any past experience as a moderator?: Quite a few. I've owned four servers, I was/am moderator of two factions servers, an Administrator of two prison servers and another factions server, and co-owner of a minigames server. I also was moderator on here for approximately three days. I also am pretty good with XenForo, so I know the basics such as moving and/or locking a thread.
Neutral, I havn't seen you much on the forums so I don't really know what you are like also why were you demoted after 3 days?
