I have to agree with some previous comments that this is soon to reapply. When you were moderator, you were fast to jump to conclusions. Maybe it was that you were trying to beat other mods to the task or something? I don't know, but that's my only advice to you - be more careful, and put more thought into what you're doing. If that makes any sense. I don't think you were a bad moderator, and I do believe if given the opportunity you could prove yourself to be what you are capable of. Neutral for now. I'll give it some time.
Although many consider it too early to re apply, I have to fully support you. Aside from that opinion, I believe the mistakes you made were just experiences and you will not repeat those mistakes. I believe in your abilities to moderate. I wish you much luck!
