Um think a Mod banned me and didn't post anything about it anyone help me out?

Apparently I told someone to harm themselves though evidence was deleted by mods
I did appeal but the mod banned me from the whole server when the rules say only that game mode for that offense.
Wrongly banned from server Mod made mistake.
