The old faction server was very trashy, I purposely neglected it to wait for 1.7 to become more stable. The reset was much needed. I understand...
The Factions server has reset to allow for the new 1.7 biomes and items. There is also a new spawn, an enlarged shop, and various other things...
It doesn't do anything currently, it's just an additional feature we're not using. It won't delete or clear your plot.
