You can't join the server at all? Also, I'd recommend just doing /plot h or /plot h *playername* instead of the plot ID.
The server opened late-mid 2013, last time I checked it's not late-mid 2016, sorry.

It's not that(at least not for me personally) mods don't do work, nor has that ever been the issue for me, it's that out of the staff team there...
No support, mods can't view player conversations unless there's screenshot evidence and since you want it to be edited.. yeah.
