Many people lost items, levels and even whole ranks when they changed their name.I'm not sure what they can do about it.

This isn't due to name changed, this is related to my rank reimplementation after a resignation
I was just wondering if I could get my ranks back on Prison and Op prisoner, When I was promoted I was left as a D prisoner that made it very hard...
