Simply IP ban. And ban the use of VPNs. (Not gonna say what server out of respect for Mineverse.) But one server has banned VPNs all together....
If you hack you should be banned from the entire server for 31 days. Period. No tolerance rule: If you can't play fair then you can't play at all....
