Remove the quest where you have to ride a strider. Riding a strider causes the sit glitch.

It’s tiring but it is possible. I’m not sure what my mining level is but I found that mining gold in the nether makes it go up faster.
If this doesn’t work ^^^ contact a SeniorMod+ and they can try to force teleport you to spawn. @manu:)
