You also have another Mod Application open, where it says you're 16, you can only have 1 Application open tho. Which one do you want to close?
Your application is a bit to small, you should add some colors to make it read easier, I never saw in-game or on the forums, add some more...

Do not ask people to support your Mod Application, Map Submission, etc.
Why saying "Hello MiNeVeRsE"? Anyway, Hoppers have been disabled because of duping.
