Agreed. It could work either way but it's fair to say that donors have an advantage.
If it's a hierarchy, they are. They are given extra perms, ect. When you think about mod apps, appeals, ect, they don't have any other advantage.
I know, ON prison. A head guard is above regular mods but below global mod. (IMO) Edit: I'm pretty sure forum admin is above head-mod.
