I have reported 12 people so far on Factions... 12 out of the 12 got banned :3 (One of the people that was banned is now unbanned).
Ranks don't get refunded... If you have patience, the rank will come.

The faction spawn is not as good as some of the other parts of Mineverse. Your first build should be a new faction spawn :D
