The way the exp kits are right now are perfectly fair. It's suppose to be harder to level up the higher the level you are.

All the humans have to do is shoot their arrows at the zombies climbing the ladder to knock them back and make them have to go up the ladders...
Support. Just put spawn in the middle, that way the zombies cant get cornered at spawn.
