The money borrowed was returned. A player does not need to keep their word of giving extra money if they wish not to. You can speak to him in game...
I will warn/mute the player when I see them in game.

Support, many players end up not liking what explosion does within the mines. Since there is no clear indication that it will pick up blocks...
