It's not as if it isn't fair, every team can do this. It's a nice way to stack up on rubies too.
Chances are if they are spawn killing you they have the potential to break your bed very easily, why not just leave?

There is an anti cheat but it only covers hacks like flying, timer, regen etc. A good one for kill aura is hard to find and probably costs a lot....
