It mostly can but it is mainly 10-15 minutes thats when I usually got my ranks.

Then what is the point? it takes more than 1 minute to throw enchanting bottles. Another thing I do not think that is even possible to set a time...

I do support this they should have the head plugin on factions,prison,survival. I do not think on skygrid because you can't hit anyone anyway.
