Who are you trying to report here, if we have a name it makes it easier to look through the evidence
you will get a warning but a repeat offence is a ban. there was no need to make a report, just include it in an appeal if you do get banned....
Without evidence we cannot take action and I'm sorry but i have no idea how to help about uploading :( 24 hours to provide evidence
