The server switched domains. Some people have can't connect because their DNS needs to update.
DNS has nothing to do with your minecraft version.

Alot of the time, when people get banned from KitPvP they go to Factions or Infection. Just saying.
To add, I use to connect with www.mineverse.com (Yes, that did work) and I couldent connect. I tried mineverse.com and it worked.
