Nothing can be done without solid proof. Also to do 100k put a , in it and it will work. "/pay name 100,000" and the anti spam won't get ya ;)

he may have been on minechat but being on minechat alone won't bypass a mute. He used a"certain" command to bypass the mute which is mute evasion...
