This is no reason to report the staff. They do not have to respond instantly. If you need them, PM them. If she neglects it for 4 days at a time...
He had every reason to mute you. Watch what you say to others and in chat. Don't be disrespectful.
It probably didnt refresh yet. Its the plugin, no one could physically enter you in it. You know how much you have, what's the big deal?
