EDIT: They could also handle Forum unban appeals and forum punishments. I know there are forum appeals as I filled one out once.

Moderators will still handle forum things, but forum staff can handle things like forum reports and leave in-game staff time to handle in-game...
I propose we have forum staff members that are separate from the in-game staff members. Much like the staff you have on teamspeak or Dubtrack.
