It's only once per person/IGN, I've tested it.

I wouldn't consider Factions and Survival as "many other game modes" only two game modes have been reset recently.

That's pretty pathetic.
I make my droppers when I use them, which is rarely. I don't buy the resources. Just because I am at the shop, doesn't mean I am always selling...
