Cryp judges who's the top voter by who votes earliest overall. She might have been 4th when you loaded the page, but that doesn't mean anything...
Try voting early as possible. Otherwise the vote won't count to votemv.com for some reason (e.g voting opens at 11:00am vote between 11:00-12:00pm)
