There's a group of people who like 1.9 pvp, and a group of people who refuse to change. 1.9 PvP is all fine, you just gotta adjust.

No, the more you downgrade the less players want to play on this server. I don't see any popular 1.6 & 1.7 servers anymore because most plugins...
