You can report the player with valid evidence if you have any, I believe teleport trapping is bannable..
Try connecting to minechat and type /spawn.

Depending on the gamemode I believe scamming is bannable on like the pvp gamemodes (op PvP, kitpvp & archer PvP) with valid evidence.
