The purchase agreement is for all games. The server has to hold its end up. Glitched or not.
You shouldn't have to wait for your rank to be fixed. The agreement, between the server and the customer, is to have the rank on all games.
You mean six months later.... your rank downgrade has not been fixed?
These issues never seem to be fixed.

As of a week ago, it still was. The lack of response would say so too.
